Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Sr. Warehouse Associate in Brooks, KY. The role supports our ICS logistics service with duties including training, order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and returns. Overtime may be required, and you will use RF devices and material handling equipment to move inventory.

We seek a capable team player with a HS diploma/GED and 2+ years of warehouse experience, strong organization, attention to detail, and good judgment to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of work experience.
• Ability to read and understand English and read product descriptions.
• Basic mathematical skills and computer knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train warehouse associates on duties and safety SOPs.
• Assist with order filling, receiving, stocking and returns.
• Oversee shipping operations and inventory management.
• Use RF devices and operate forklifts or pallet jacks as required.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coordinate workloads.
