Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team at our Brooks, KY facility. The role oversees receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and the controlled substances cage/vault, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety and DEA regulations.

The position requires 2+ years of related experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with operations to meet productivity goals. Some weekend/on-call work may be required to support customer needs.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs the workflow, motivates, trains and monitors the performance of warehouse associates.
• Monitors work processes and makes suggestions to increase productivity, efficiency and accuracy; implements changes as directed.
• Coaches employees to support their development in the role.
• Supports compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.
• Oversees receiving, shipping, and orderly management of inventory and controlled substances in the cage/vault area.
