Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-shift warehouse operations to meet productivity, safety, and service goals.
• Serve as primary ACC contact for route drivers, providing support and guidance.
• Build relationships with drivers and warehouse staff through responsive communication.
• Coordinate with transportation, operations, and customer service to resolve challenges.
• Monitor workflows, inventory movement, loading, and route preparation for efficiency.
• Identify barriers, implement solutions to improve driver experience.
• Promote safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive accountability for execution and performance.
