Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group in Dallas seeks a Warehouse Lead to partner with management in planning daily activities and workload, guiding associates to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will supervise labor allocation, train staff, coordinate with vendors, operate RF scanners, and maintain accurate records. A high school diploma and supervisory experience are required; ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury fulfillment environment is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous Manager/Supervisor experience or proven results through others.
• Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business.
• Requires a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient with PC applications such as Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager/Supervisor in planning and directing daily activities and workload of associates.
• Drive workflow and daily production goals.
• Work hands-on in the fulfillment center as needed.
• Train and coach associates on SOPs and provide feedback to leadership.
• Utilize warehouse systems including RF scanners, UI, or handwritten logs.
• Distribute work within department as directed by Manager/Supervisor.
• Meet customer service expectations in a fast-paced environment.
