Job summary

Cencora in Kansas is seeking a part-time Warehouse Support Associate to monitor temperature-sensitive materials, update inventory records, and prepare shipments. Shift hours are Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm, with a $19 base pay plus shift differential.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years in warehouse operations, with CSCP preferred. You will follow established procedures, maintain logs, and support timely order preparation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or related field.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred; knowledge of warehouse operations and temperature-controlled handling is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them accordingly.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment for safe flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas for outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for follow-up.
