Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures for the hospital's Surgical Services department, Main OR, Olympic OR, and CVOR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments to ensure accurate and timely scheduling.
• Verify availability of anesthesia, operating room, surgical equipment, and supplies; ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
