Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or related field.
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to step into a supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or technical drawings.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Dependable, results-driven with strong attendance and work ethic.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the manufacturing/fabrication shop, including cutting, forming, and assembly.
• Coordinate team schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines.
• Monitor quality control systems to ensure products meet high standards.
• Support ongoing training and mentorship from experienced supervisors.
• Maintain OSHA guidelines and safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and deliver top-quality results.
