Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor in Maple Grove, MN to lead the 2nd shift team from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM. This direct-hire, full-time role focuses on achieving production goals, coaching staff, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced HVAC fabrication environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with fabrication, HVAC production, sheet metal, or related manufacturing processes preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and work in a manufacturing setting.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work the scheduled shift.
