Job summary

DMI Companies, Inc. is seeking a Fabricator to produce and assemble metal components for HVAC systems in a fast-paced shop. You will apply cutting, forming, and joining techniques while reading blueprints to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field.
• Experience with welding and metal joining processes (GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, seam/spot welding preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of shop safety practices.
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Overview

The Fabricator is responsible for producing and assembling metal components used in HVAC systems by applying cutting, forming, and joining techniques to meet quality and production standards.

• Fabricate and assemble metal components using cutting, forming, and joining processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
