Job summary

Lake Air Products in Roseville, MN is seeking a 1st shift Spot Welder with set-up experience to join our team. You will weld using spot welding equipment, install electrodes, and adjust heat, pressure, and timing to meet component specifications.

Responsibilities include reading routings or prints, inspecting welds with precision tools, and delivering parts to inspection. You will ensure the highest quality using control plans and customer drawings, while helping identify any equipment faults

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in Spot Welding preferred.
• Excellent people skills with leadership team.

• Flexible and able to multi-task in fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate spot welding equipment with properly installed electrodes.
• Adjust heat, pressure, and timing for weld quality.
• Read routings, prints, or instructions.
• Inspect welded components with micrometer, caliper, and precision tools.
• Ensure dimensions and weld quality; deliver to inspection.
• Identify and report any equipment or material faults.
