Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous spot welding, resistance welding, production welding, or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Welding training, certification, or related technical education is a plus but not required.
• Experience operating resistance welding equipment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate spot welding and resistance welding machines to join metal parts and components.
• Position and align parts, fixtures, and electrodes prior to welding.
• Set up equipment according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Perform repetitive welds while maintaining consistent quality.
• Inspect completed welds for proper placement, strength, appearance, and overall quality.
