Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize resistance and spot-welding machinery to complete tasks.
• Arrange and secure metal parts to ensure precise welding.
• Adhere to production blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Modify welding machine configurations for optimal performance.
• Examine finished welds to verify quality and alignment.
• Detect and rectify welding imperfections to improve final product.
• Use hand tools and measurement devices as required.
• Meet production targets consistently.
• Maintain a safe workspace by following PPE and safety protocols.
• Keep the workspace tidy and orderly.
• Complete additional manufacturing tasks as requested.
