Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate spot welding and resistance welding machines to join metal parts and components.
• Position and align parts, fixtures, and electrodes prior to welding.
• Set up equipment according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Perform repetitive welds while maintaining consistent quality.
• Inspect completed welds for proper placement, strength, appearance, and overall quality.

This position is responsible for joining metal components using spot welding and resistance welding equipment while following work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or welding experience, is comfortable working with small metal components, and has strong attention to detail.
