Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee uniformed security services at a client site. The role focuses on staffing, training, and quality assurance, with responsibility for payroll, incident reporting, and post orders.

The site offers a day shift with weekends off and a starting pay of $19.63 per hour. Qualified candidates have supervisory experience in security, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and the ability to pass required licensing and driving tests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state-required training/licensing if applicable.
• Must pass state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• One year supervisory experience in security or related field or an Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for all personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Minimize overtime as designated by AUS policy.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure quality of service.
• Handle payroll, incident reports and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies; provide direction to staff.
• Support productivity and cost-reduction initiatives for the site.
