All-State Industries in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for our Engineered Plastics manufacturing team. This full-time, day-shift role involves preparing shipments, receiving materials, coordinating freight, and ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read shipping documents and work instructions; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and palletize finished products for shipment.
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation (bills of lading, shipment records).
• Coordinate with freight carriers to ensure timely shipments.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
• Move and organize materials within the facility; maintain inventory records.
• Communicate with production and other departments to resolve shipping/receiving issues.
