Job summary

All-State Industries is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for its Engineered Plastics manufacturing team in West Des Moines, IA. The role involves preparing shipments, receiving materials, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring safe handling and accurate records.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a team. The position offers a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule and starting pay of $18 per hour, with potential higher pay based on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Prior shipping/receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Ability to read shipping documents and perform basic math, fractions, decimals, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and palletize finished products for shipment.
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and inspect for damage.
• Maintain shipping/receiving documentation including bills of lading.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to ensure timely shipments.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and records; communicate issues across departments.
