Adecco US, Inc. is hiring dependable Warehouse Workers for a manufacturing facility in Ames, IA. This temp-to-hire role offers a 1st shift schedule with overtime during the busy season and a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

The job emphasizes safety, reliability, and consistent attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include loading/unloading shipments, inventory control, shipping paperwork, and operating a sit-down forklift as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.
• Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, inspect, stage, and store materials and finished products.
• Prepare shipping paperwork, labels, and bills of lading.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization.
• Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts and other equipment.
• Operate an electric sit-down forklift approximately 5% of the time.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
