Aerotek is seeking a Shipping Clerk for a contract-to-hire role at our Brea, CA distribution site. The position focuses on accurate picking, staging, and packaging of components to meet daily shipping goals, while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse inventory role.
• Hands-on experience with cycle counting and warehouse inventory management.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and SAP inventory systems.
• Experience with shipping/receiving processes including picking, packing, and verification.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, mix, stage, and package components for shipping and production.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Execute shipping/receiving tasks including order picking and shipment preparation.
• Collaborate with a small team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
