Carolina Brewery at Chapel Hill is hiring Day Shift Servers to join our team. You will provide courteous, timely service, take orders, handle payments, and ensure accurate transactions while promoting a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include memorizing the menu, recommending items, and collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced, full-service setting. Training is available, and opportunities for advancement exist within the Manager-in-Training program.

Formación

• Must be able to communicate clearly and politely with guests and team members.
• Prior experience in guest-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified Applicants must-

• Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
• Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
• Can have mobility and motion that entails, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
