Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate services on a shift at an assigned customer site in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years security experience, supervisory background, a valid AZ driver's license, an AZ Guard Card, and be comfortable outdoors and standing for long periods. Must be 21+, and able to communicate professionally and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security experience
• Supervisory experience in security
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Experience working outdoors
• Active Arizona Guard Card
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range for shift staff.
