Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecom location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and following emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs and reports.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders to maintain a welcoming environment.
