Responsibilities

• Loss prevention and shortage control programs; identify loss and suggest controls.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors.
• Secure company warehouse, offices, and assets against theft, vandalism, fire, and entry.
• Monitor and assist with tracking product shortages.
• Investigate reports of internal theft, violence, or threats by an associate.
• Oversee third‑party security services.
• Conduct shrink compliance audits and drive improvement.
• Build rapport with agencies and coordinate investigations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
