Responsibilities

• Loss prevention and shortage control programs; identify loss and help identify solutions.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors including drivers and sales representatives.
• Secure the company warehouse, offices and assets against theft, vandalism, fire and unauthorized entry.
• Monitor and assist with tracking product shortages.
• Investigate reports of internal theft, violence, or threats of violence by an associate.
• Provide oversight and assistance in managing third-party security services.
• Conduct shrink compliance audits and drive improvements in shrink results.
• Coordinate investigations with internal or external agencies as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
