As a Security Account Manager – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Set schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st Shift, and 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Responsibilities for Response Security Account Manager:

• Personnel Management: Oversee a team of approximately 15 security professionals, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment while maintaining accountability, professionalism, and operational standards.
• Operational & Administrative Oversight: Manage daily account operations, including personnel scheduling, payroll administration, new-hire training, and recurring site-specific training to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Client Relations & Communication: Maintain a high level of client engagement through proactive communication, strong interpersonal skills, and responsiveness to client expectations and operational needs. While keeping the overhead staff informed of operations and potential on-site issues.
• Experience & Accountability: Previous account management experience is preferred. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage a diverse workforce within a dyman demanding industrial security environment.

Qualifications for Response Security Account Manager:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be at least 21 years of Age
• Have Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
