Job summary

The Nutrition Group is seeking a substitute food service worker to support a local school kitchen on an as-needed basis. You will assist with cooking, portioning, serving, and daily sanitation in line with USDA and state guidelines.

Strong reading of recipes, basic math, reliable transportation, and good interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in food service and computer literacy are preferred; background checks are mandatory.

• Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks.
• Ability to read recipes and basic math skills required.
• A positive and consistent work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Food service experience preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.
