Job summary

The Nutrition Group is seeking a substitute food service worker to support a local school cafeteria on an as-needed basis. You will contribute to daily meal preparation and service, following menus and safety standards.

Responsibilities include portioning, serving, sanitation, HACCP compliance, cost monitoring, cash handling, and light dishwashing. Candidates should have basic math, read recipes, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
• Ability to read recipes and basic math skills required
• A positive and consistent work ethic
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Willingness to learn and grow within position
• Food service experience preferred
• Computer literacy preferred

Responsibilities

• Cook and food preparation
