Collateral Recovery Team LLC is seeking experienced Rollback Drivers for the San Antonio, TX location. Drive rollback tow trucks to transport repossessed vehicles to designated yards or auctions, with company-supported equipment and on-going field assistance.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and professionalism, with weekly pay and strong growth in the San Antonio market. Valid Texas driver’s license and consent tow license are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport repossessed vehicles safely to drop yards or auctions.

• Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure gear is in working order.

Collateral Recovery Team LLC is hiring experienced Rollback Drivers for our San Antonio location.

We have proudly served Texas for over 15 years, operating in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin, and we continue to grow rapidly. In 2025 we recovered more vehicles in Texas than any other agency, and we plan to continue leading the industry.

Job Responsibilities

Experience & Qualifications

• Tow truck / Rollback experience preferred

Licenses / Certifications

• Valid Texas Driver’s License

Physical Requirements

• Ability to load, secure, and unload vehicles
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment when needed
• Must have good mobility
