Collateral Recovery Team LLC is seeking experienced Rollback Drivers for our Dallas/Fort Worth, TX location. This role involves transporting repossessed vehicles to drop yards or auctions, supporting field agents, and operating rollback tow trucks safely.

The company provides top-tier equipment and on-site leadership to ensure success. We offer competitive earnings with weekly pay, a robust support system, and a fleet of late-model rollback trucks equipped with safety systems.

Formación

• Tow truck / Rollback experience preferred.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Must be a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Transport repossessed vehicles safely to drop yards or auction locations.
• Provide support for field repossession agents when needed.
• Operate rollback tow truck safely and professionally.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational truck.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is in working condition.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Collateral Recovery Team LLC is hiring experienced Rollback Drivers for our DFW location.

We have proudly served Texas for over 15 years, operating in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin, and we continue to grow rapidly. In 2025 we recovered more vehicles in Texas than any other agency, and we plan to continue leading the industry.

Job Responsibilities

Experience & Qualifications

Licenses / Certifications

(Not required prior to hire but required for the position)

• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Valid TDLR Consent Tow License (or ability to obtain)

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit in tow truck for prolonged periods
• Ability to load, secure, and unload vehicles
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment when needed
• Must have good mobility
