Job summary

Collateral Recovery Team LLC is seeking experienced Rollback Drivers for our Austin, TX location. We offer best-in-class equipment, safety systems, and support to help drivers succeed in a fast-growing repossession environment.

Join a team with weekly pay, paid training, and a strong support network. You will operate modern rollback trucks, perform vehicle inspections, and ensure safe transport to drop yards or auctions in the Austin area.

Qualifications

• Tow truck / Rollback experience preferred.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Basic computer / smartphone skills.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Transport repossessed vehicles to drop yards or auction locations.
• Provide support for field repossession agents when needed.
• Operate rollback tow truck safely and professionally.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational truck.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is in working condition.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Collateral Recovery Team LLC is hiring experienced Rollback Drivers for our Austinlocation.

We have proudly served Texas for over 15 years, operating in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin, and we continue to grow rapidly. In 2025 we recovered more vehicles in Texas than any other agency, and we plan to continue leading the industry.

Job Responsibilities

Licenses / Certifications

• Valid Texas Driver’s License

• Able to sit in tow truck for prolonged periods
• Ability to load, secure, and unload vehicles
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment when needed
• Must have good mobility
