Join a company with a 15+ year Texas presence and a large Austin drop yard, where you will operate rollback tow trucks, transport vehicles, and assist field agents with safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Rollback driver experience is preferred.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing.
• Good communication and professionalism expected.
• Basic computer or smartphone skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Transport repossessed vehicles safely to drop yards or auction locations.
• Provide support for field repossession agents as needed.
• Operate rollback tow truck in a safe and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational truck.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is in working condition.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Collateral Recovery Team LLC is hiring experienced Rollback Drivers for our Austinlocation.

We have proudly served Texas for over 15 years, operating in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin, and we continue to grow rapidly. In 2025 we recovered more vehicles in Texas than any other agency, and we plan to continue leading the industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Transport repossessed vehicles safely to designated drop yards or auction locations
• Provide support for field repossession agents when needed
• Operate rollback tow truck safely and professionally
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational truck
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is in working condition
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Perform other duties as needed

Experience & Qualifications

• Tow truck / Rollback experience preferred
• Clean driving record required
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Basic computer / smartphone skills
• Must be a team player

Licenses / Certifications

(Not required prior to hire but required for the position)

• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Valid TDLR Consent Tow License (or ability to obtain)

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit in tow truck for prolonged periods
• Ability to load, secure, and unload vehicles
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment when needed
• Must have good mobility
