Collateral Recovery Team LLC is seeking experienced Rollback Drivers for our DFW location. You will transport repossessed vehicles safely to drop yards or auction sites and assist field agents as needed.

Qualifications

• Tow truck / Rollback experience preferred.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing.

• Basic computer / smartphone skills.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Transport repossessed vehicles safely to designated drop yards or auction locations
• Provide support for field repossession agents when needed
• Operate rollback tow truck safely and professionally
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational truck
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is in working condition
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Perform other duties as needed

Collateral Recovery Team LLC is hiring experienced Rollback Drivers for our DFW location.

We have proudly served Texas for over 15 years, operating in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin, and we continue to grow rapidly. In 2025 we recovered more vehicles in Texas than any other agency, and we plan to continue leading the industry.

• Must be able to lift heavy equipment when needed
• Must have good mobility
