Job summary

AeroFarms in Danville, VA is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for day shift. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of plant equipment in a GMP environment.

The schedule follows a 2-2-3 pattern with overtime and weekend rotation; PPE is provided and safety protocols are mandatory. You will work with robotics and automated systems, read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints, and maintain equipment records in CMMS.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree in a technical field or 3+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with industrial robotic automation and print reading.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot motion-controlled systems with robotic work cell systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment and systems.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and repair them.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Collaborate with production team to address maintenance needs and safety requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime and various shifts; adhere to PPE and GMP rules.
