Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with motors, drives, conveyors and automated equipment.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with PLC systems for troubleshooting purposes.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Support equipment uptime by responding quickly to breakdowns and minimizing disruption.
- Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Work with PLC-controlled systems to diagnose faults (no programming required).
- Collaborate with production teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and CMMS documentation.
- Ensure safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
