Genesis Healthcare, through Harbor Hill, seeks a full-time Unit Manager/Director - RN to join our team in Belfast, ME. You will support the Director of Nursing, lead nursing and patient care on an assigned unit, and ensure care delivery aligns with our mission and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct nursing and patient care for an assigned unit.
- Ensure care delivery aligns with Genesis HealthCare standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with staff and physicians to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage human resources within the unit, including staffing and discipline when needed.
