Job summary

Parsons Hill Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Worcester is seeking a compassionate Day Nursing Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of resident care within a skilled nursing facility. This 40-hour weekly position offers pay at $45 an hour with additional benefits such as holiday pay, overtime pay, and career advancement opportunities. Qualified applicants must hold a current RN license in Massachusetts and have at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations pertaining to long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Direct total nursing care activities in the facility.
• Develop and communicate resident care plans.
• Ensure implementation of care plans and documentation of activities.

Skills

Strong assessment skills

Leadership and supervisory ability

Knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies

Education

Current RN license in Massachusetts

CPR certification
