Parsons Hill Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Worcester is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and multiple shifts with pay differences for evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Openings include 8‑hour, 16‑hour, and 32‑hour shifts with a pay range of $42–$47 per hour. Requirements include an accredited Nursing Degree, CPR certification, and an active RN license in the state.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Must have a current and active RN license in the state.
• A minimum of one year in a hospital, long‑term care facility, or related health care facility is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Maintain current resident care plans for all residents under your care.
• Follow physician’s orders and provide complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other orders.
• Document nursing notes and visit residents daily to evaluate needs.
• Administer medications and maintain safe control of all drugs.
