Hillcrest Healthcare System in Tulsa, OK seeks a day shift, full-time RN for L&D, postpartum, and NICU float pool. The role requires a two-year associate degree, Oklahoma RN license, BLS within 14 days of hire, and 2+ years in L&D or NICU. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and documenting patient care across units.

The RN will work under HHS standards and regulatory requirements to ensure safe, high-quality care across all units.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree is required.
• Oklahoma RN License is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• Two or more years of experience in L&D or NICU.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care per standards to deliver quality patient care.
• Provide care appropriate to patient needs on each medical-surgical unit, including L&D/NICU units and rehab.
• Develop, modify, and implement plans of care in line with hospital policies.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and accrediting regulations (CMS and TJC).
