Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Registered Nurse for a day shift, full-time Float Pool covering L&D, Postpartum, and NICU. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and document care per standards while supporting multiple units with flexible coverage.

Two years’ experience in L&D or NICU is preferred, along with an Oklahoma RN license and BLS within 14 days of hire. This role is based on-site with a patient-first care philosophy.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree required.
• Oklahoma Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Two or more years of experience in L&D or NICU.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care according to nursing standards.
• Provide care on L&D, postpartum, and NICU units as part of float pool.
• Develop and modify plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
