Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities in accordance with hospital standards.
• Provide care to patients on the medical-surgical units and rehab in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and relevant regulatory and accrediting standards (CMS, TJC).
