Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care per HHS standards.
• Provide care across medical-surgical units, including rehab.
• Develop and modify the plan of care to deliver effective, quality patient care.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and accrediting standards.
