Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Registered Nurse for a day shift, full-time Float Pool covering L&D, Postpartum, and NICU. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and document care per standards while supporting multiple units with flexible coverage.

Two years’ experience in L&D or NICU is preferred, along with an Oklahoma RN license and BLS within 14 days of hire. This role is based on-site with a patient-first care philosophy.

• Individuals within this job classification are accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
• The Registered Nurse (RN) must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the needs of the patient served on each of the medical surgical units, including all medical surgical units and rehab.
• The RN is to plan for the provision of patient care, including the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care as described in Patient Care policies and procedures.
• The RN candidate is expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act as well as other regulatory and accrediting organizations, including CMS and TJC.
