Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK is hiring a day shift, full-time Staff Registered Nurse. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate with the care team, and participate in on-call duties as needed. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma or multistate license via eNLC.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement the plan of care and care interventions.
• Assess and reassess patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Evaluate outcomes and coordinate care with licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Guide and mentor non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate.
• Report to manager, director, or vice president; participate in on-call if required.
• Adhere to population-specific competencies and safety standards.
