Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oklahoma or compact state (eNLC)
• BLS issued within 30 days of hire
• Hospice: CPR in lieu of BLS if applicable
• Other certifications as required by service line

Responsibilities

• Assessments and reassessments of patient condition
• Develop and update the plan of care
• Implement appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluate effectiveness of care provided
• Supervises and coordinates licensed and non-licensed staff
• Mentors non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate
