Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an Oklahoma RN license or a multistate license via eNLC.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• May float to other units and participate in on-call status.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care.
• Supervise other personnel and coordinate care.
• Report to the appropriate manager or director.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
