Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a night shift, full-time Registered Nurse at Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City. You will manage patient care using the nursing process, may float to other units, and could participate in on-call status. A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 may be available. Qualifications

• RN current licensure in Oklahoma or a valid multi-state license (eNLC).
• BLS certification issued by Red Cross or AHA within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
• The Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president
• This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.
• Potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals.
