Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• PMCS & BLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify immediate and long-range plans for patient care with patient/family input.
• Set priorities for patient needs and exercise sound judgment.
• Monitor patient clinical status and detect significant changes.
• Communicate clearly with patient, family, physicians, and team members.
• Safely administer medications on time per hospital policies.
• Perform venipuncture and start IV lines safely.
