In this full-time day shift position, the RRT responds to respiratory emergencies, manages ventilated patients, and collaborates with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Understanding of medical terminology and respiratory care modalities.
• Ability to react calmly in stressful situations.

Responsabilidades

• Administer continuous oxygen and therapy per guidelines.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and intermittent therapy.
• Initiate and maintain mechanical ventilation; document care.
• Provide airway management and assist in resuscitation as needed.
• Serve as charge therapist when supervisor is unavailable.

Formação académica

Associate’s degree from an COARC approved Respiratory Care Program

RRT - National Board For Respiratory Care

NCRCB Licensure

BCLS (American Heart Association)
