Qualifications

• Active NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) status.
• Current North Carolina Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers respiratory patient care under the direction of a physician and collaborates with the care team.
• Educates patients on CPAP, bronchodilators, COPD, asthma management.
• Manages airway support including intubation and ventilator settings as directed.
• Monitors blood gases and adjusts respiratory care parameters accordingly.
