Job summary

Spring Oak Senior Living in Warrenton, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Medication Aide (RMA) for the day shift. The role pays $23.00 per hour and features a schedule of 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., two weekdays per week and every other weekend.

You will administer medications, maintain records, and assist residents with daily living activities. The position emphasizes safe, respectful resident care and collaboration with the care team, under supervision of the RN or Director of Wellness.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) registration required.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately according to physician orders and policies.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Follow care plans while supporting residents' dignity and independence.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse or supervisor.
• Work under supervision of the RN or designated supervisor.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and care team members.
