Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Refinery facility to meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead startup shift meetings and coordinate tasks for hourly production employees.
• Assign tasks based on experience and training; monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Conduct safety, GMP, health, and environmental inspections and address incidents.
• Maintain open lines of communication with staff and management; manage morale and discipline as needed.
